CIB posts information as available on delinquent contractors provided to the association by the Central Laborers Funds and Central Illinois Carpenters Health and Welfare Trust. Fringe benefit funds are obligated to pursue employers delinquent in their contributions. Liens and/or lawsuits may be involved as well as labor unions taking job site action.
