EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Roger Huebner joined Central Illinois Builders in early 2016 as Director of Labor Relations and was named Executive Vice President effective January 1, 2018. His responsibilities encompass the overall operation and daily affairs of the association, serving on several industry and educational advisory boards and committees. Roger brings an exceptionally strong background and perspective for negotiating labor agreements, grievances, and providing expertise in pensions and benefits. Before coming on board with CIB, Roger had a distinguished 28-year career as Deputy Executive Director and General Counsel at the Illinois Municipal League.
